By accessing or using AgentBooks websites, dashboards, APIs, MCP endpoints, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use AgentBooks on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use AgentBooks.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys, and workspace access secure. You must promptly notify us if you believe an account or API key has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions performed by users, agents, automations, or integrations that you authorize.

You may use AgentBooks to upload, store, index, search, publish, and retrieve knowledge content through the product, APIs, and supported integrations.

You may not use AgentBooks to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, bypass limits, scrape at abusive scale, or process content you do not have rights to use.

You retain ownership of content you submit to AgentBooks. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of the service comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

You grant AgentBooks a limited license to host, store, process, index, transmit, display, and otherwise handle your content as needed to provide and improve the service, support requested features, and maintain security.

AgentBooks may include AI-assisted features such as translation, summarization, search enrichment, template generation, and content automation. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in production workflows.

Some features may be free during beta or subject to usage limits. Paid plans, pricing, storage, request limits, and included features may change with notice as the service evolves.

You agree to pay applicable fees when you choose a paid plan. Taxes, refunds, renewals, and cancellations will be handled according to the checkout or order terms presented at purchase.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but AgentBooks may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, security issues, or factors outside our control.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects active customers.

AgentBooks is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentBooks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You may stop using AgentBooks at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may harm AgentBooks or others.

After termination, we may delete or retain content according to our retention practices, legal obligations, and backup processes.
