This page explains how AgentBooks collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information and workspace content.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, billing contact information when applicable, and settings you choose inside AgentBooks.
We also process the content you upload or generate in the product, including documents, files, knowledge spaces, API keys, search queries, usage events, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
We use information to provide and improve AgentBooks, authenticate users, index and retrieve knowledge content, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, communicate product updates, and measure service performance.
When AI features are enabled, uploaded content or prompts may be sent to model providers only as needed to deliver the requested feature, such as translation, summarization, search enrichment, or template generation.
You keep ownership of your documents, files, prompts, generated outputs, and knowledge spaces. We do not sell your workspace content.
You grant AgentBooks the limited rights needed to host, store, process, index, transmit, and display your content so the service can function as configured by you.
We may share information with infrastructure, analytics, payment, email, security, and AI service providers that help us operate AgentBooks. These providers are allowed to process information only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of AgentBooks or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and improve security. You may delete content or request account deletion by contacting us.
You may access, correct, export, or delete many types of information directly in the product. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing.

AgentBooks may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When information is transferred internationally, we use safeguards appropriate for the nature of the information and the services involved.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page.
